Don't hate on yourself
Work on yourself!
This was me yesterday after a weekend of overindulgence.
Usually, I find an excuse to skip a gym session when I am feeling like this.
But I decided I would push myself! I slipped into my activewear and started to dance to some workout tracks. I find this the perfect warm up to get me in the mood.
Yes, I was hating on myself at how much I had overindulged but feel so much better today that I pushed myself.
Now today's legs session won't seem so bad (hopefully)!
